About the Role: This crucial role focuses on the growth and development of our NDIS services through effective marketing, networking, and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new leads, maintaining existing clients, and formally representing the business to external stakeholders, community-based businesses, families, and clients.
By collaborating with a network of disability service providers, you will increase awareness and understanding of our services, fostering greater engagement and inclusion for NDIS participants and individuals with disabilities. This role is essential in broadening our impact and enhancing our service offerings.

As a NDIS Business Partnerships Manager, your role will involve: General Duties Develop and execute innovative marketing plans to effectively promote our NDIS services.Actively seek out and establish new leads within the NDIS sector to drive business growth.Maintain and enhance strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.Serve as a key representative at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing our services and values.Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring beneficial outcomes for all parties.Adjust supports and troubleshoot agreements to align with NDIS price guidelines, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.Oversee all intake and exit documentation for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Assist in the recruitment process to select high-quality care providers, contributing to the excellence of our service delivery.Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure services are delivered in line with funding agreements and explore additional service enhancement opportunities.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement new opportunities for improving service offerings and expanding our reach.Other Duties Prepare and present monthly reports on NDIS partnerships activities and outcomes.Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data and support cross-functional initiatives.Skills & Experience: Qualifications in Community Development, Social Work, Management or a related field.Strong understanding of the NDIS price guide, roster of cares, service agreements, and contract negotiations.Proven experience in exercising choice and control, troubleshooting NDIS plans, and managing changes to clients' support needs.Excellent problem-solving skills, remaining calm and adaptable to achieve deadlines whilst maintaining quality, attention to detail and accuracy of information.Must have a thorough understanding of the NDIS framework.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Ability to think strategically, analyse data and make informed decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong skills in data analysis and presentation.Previous experience with Visual Care, Employment Hero, Budgetly or Xero is advantageous.Mandatory Requirements: Proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate or citizenship certificate) or VISA if applicable.Current QLD Open Driver's License.Must hold a QLD Working with Children Blue Card.NDIS Workers Screening Yellow Card.Hold a current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate.A clean National Police check less than 6 months old.Completed NDIS Orientation Module.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, including working and communicating effectively with clients, their families, community agencies and other professionals.Ability to work in a busy environment, both independently and as a part of a team.Comply with & understand all privacy and confidentiality policies.Cultural awareness of all backgrounds.Why Us?
