Access Psych offers qualified face-to-face and telehealth mental health support services to address a wide range of mental health issues and concerns.

Job DescriptionDue to the continued growth of our team, we are seeking a National Team Leader to join our Access Psych leadership team.
As the National Team Leader, you will provide leadership and management to Access Psych staff, ensuring that business objectives are met, as well as:
Drive and coordinate the recruitment of mental health professionals for Access Psych;Onboard, support and mentor Access Psych clinicians;Proactively work with clinicians to promote the engagement and retention of team members;Lead the Access Psych clinician team to create a positive culture of performance excellence in all aspects of service delivery;Assist staff to develop positive stakeholder relationships;Complete clinical treatment services in the Access Psych clinic.
This may include treatment, training, assessments, critical incident debriefing and/or onsite services;Lead and support clinicians to manage their workload and work capacity;Develop and maintain team resources for the Access Psych clinical team and broader Access Psych Team as required;Support team engagement and collaboration.This is a hybrid role with a mix of leadership and treatment work.
The role will involve three days of leadership duties and one to two days of treatment work in the Access Psych clinic which may include intervention work, training and/or assessment work.
