The Opportunity:
As a National Trading and Operations Lead – Search (SEM), you are in a leadership position focusing on the continuous improvement of the overall output of the Kinesso search product. Standardisation of processes, cementing brilliant basics, directing the growth and innovating with clients and partners to ensure integration with the wider Kinesso digital offering, enabling our clients to achieve full digital maturity and excellence across all channels.
The National Trading and Operations Lead – Search (SEM) will be expected to champion the KINESSO search product, collaborating with multiple stakeholders on the continual development of KINESSO's media offering.
Success in this role is defined by:

People leadership and talent development.
Lead Executional account teams.
Digital Maturity to educate and develop the team.
Strong collaboration & partnership with client and agency partners.
Contribute to the success of the company through revenue growth.

About the role:

Lead of the search product within the agency demonstrating accountability and being solution focused.
Champion and represent the vision for paid search, motivating the team to contribute and exceed expectations – encompassing a one search mentality.
Contribute to the development of strategy/solutions that enhance the performance of the paid search offering.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class product.
Establish deep and authentic relationships with key Mediabrands agency partner and media partners including but not limited to Magna and Orion.
Encourage a positive and respectful partnerships with all media partners throughout the agency.
Lead a team of search managers and executives.
Liaise with stakeholders to remove roadblocks for your team including access to tools and systems needed in their roles.
Accountability for team development; includes utilizing organizational tools such as L&D, creating internal opportunities and challenges for staff, maintaining positive morale, and partnering with People & Culture and Directors on supporting organizational objectives.
Work closely with the Activations and Solutions team and deliver the best-in-class product offering.
Highlight and enable cross-channel opportunities across Kinesso product offering.
Represent and deliver Kinesso search offering in new business pitches when required.
