The Role
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets. This includes managing the national sales team, driving sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with the fabrication/manufacturing team, National Service Manager, and General Manager to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve market analysis, accurate forecasting and reporting, and ensuring compliance with sales policies.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a strong background in manufacturing, industrial sectors, heavy machinery, and/or capital equipment sales (essential).
In addition, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
7-10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in selling high-value capital equipment.
The ability to travel nationally as required.
