If you want to be part of a burger revolution, join us!About the role: Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, we're looking for a proactive and collaborative National Safety and Wellbeing Partner to join our Support Office in Richmond. This person will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders, managing all safety and wellbeing initiatives across our 170+ restaurants nationwide. If you consider yourself to be solutions orientated and naturally curious about process improvements which will benefit both of our teams, customers and guests, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:You will lead the technical and subject matter expertise component of the People team, ensuring our systems, processes, data and documentation are fit for purpose and meet internal and external requirements.Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation and industry best practice for all.Develop and execute safety, health and wellbeing training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture across the organization.Manage crisis situations - conduct investigations on all incidents and accidents, developing recommendations for improvement.Responsible for owning all communications relating to safety, health and wellbeing ensuring content is engaging and appropriate to Grill'd leaders and teams.Responsible for reporting and data integrity and managing safety, health and wellbeing data, analytics, and insights.Lead, develop and enhance relationships with state and territory regulators in collaboration with state-based teams.Who we're looking for:Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety and experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to Grill'd. Experience in hospitality, FMCG or retail is highly desirable.Someone with strong technical safety, health and wellbeing skills and experience including systems, reporting, risk & project management.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.Someone with a solid understanding of State and Territory legislative requirements and who likes to keep up to date with new safety and wellbeing trends and approaches.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, who can influence Grill'd leaders and key stakeholders through effective relationship building, influencing and coaching.Why Grill'd?Epic office culture, social events ranging from active activities, community events, and social gatherings.Endless opportunities to grow your career, with multiple opportunities to develop your soft skills or move into a different department.
