About the role
Due to expansion of current projects we are currently seeking an experienced National Manager - Health Service Programs to join the Vanguard Health team. This role while based in Brisbane will be required, on occasion, to travel to regional Australia. Only candidates that are able to travel will be considered.
The role is both diverse and challenging with the primary function to manage the delivery of multiple programs across Australia. The current programs include several Ophthalmology based programs and boutique international medical officer support, experience in these areas would be highly regarded.

About You - the key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders and providing timely feedback on the provision of programs,
Monitor and manage daily workflow, compliance with company defined policy and procedures,
Assist with all aspects of program delivery including preparing program schedules, achieving and exceeding KPI's, organising service delivery, client management meetings and writing reports,
Ensure program financials are tracked and within budget,
Support the management of existing members of our programs team and assist with onboarding of new members to the team,
Exceptional relationship management skills, able to build long lasting relationships,
A commercial mindset, able to present boutique services and solutions to clients,
Resiliency, you strive for excellence and are a curious person who explores new ways of doing and drives opportunities,
Assist the National Director to coordinate and deliver health programs nationally, and
You will commit to our strong focus on customer satisfaction (which has earned us an esteemed reputation in the industry!), you will get to know your clients and candidates to deeply understand their needs and provide rewarding program management.
The successful candidate will have:
Direct experience, 3+ years in a service coordinator or program management role in health.
Significant experience in the delivery of specialist medical health services and the associated conditions and equipment used in a private or public health environment.
The ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of multiple programs nationally.
Strong understanding of health service co-ordination and related activities including exceptional writing skills.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills at a senior level.
Strong ability to prioritise and dedicated work ethic.
Ability to work in an environment that can be demanding along with an ability to travel.
