National Key Account Manager - HealthcareAs the National Key Account Manager Healthcare, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an existing portfolio of End Customers and Distributor partners and converting a strong pipeline of Residential Aged Care and Community Business opportunities.
Responsibilities: Achieving the Healthcare Growth Targets across both Residential Aged Care and Community Channels. (Home Care Providers, Hospital, Government, and Independent Living)
Building strong networks across the business, and externally represent Essity in the market by building effective relationships with key customers and distributors.
Managing the preparation, production and presentation of tenders and new business proposals in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
Collaborating with the Marketing team to contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans/strategies for healthcare.
Gather and disseminate to internal stakeholders, insights on market developments, customer needs and competitor activities.
To be considered for this role you will possess: Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders, internal and external, at various levels in the organisation
Strong commercial acumen, including understanding customer profitability and proposal economics
Professional presentation skills – verbal and written
Proven track record in achieving sales goals, converting new business wins and delivering sales effectiveness initiatives that drive improved financial performance
Knowledge and experience in health and hygiene business segments
