At InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort we are looking forWedding& Event Sales Manager to join our Team.
Day to Day You will oversee and manage the sales and conversion of Weddings, Social Events and other Speciality Events for the Hotel. Drive Wedding and Social Events revenue through developing and executing a plan of sales activities. Attend and exhibit at relevant Wedding trade shows and industry events to support our efforts in driving Wedding Revenue Actively participate and oversee the response to all wedding and social enquiries with a personalised proposal Conduct site visits and sales activities relating to Weddings and Social Events in order to drive enquiries and convert business including pre and post event accommodation. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and third party suppliers. Support the team in the planning and execution of the annual Wedding Showcase Qualifications & Experience Hospitality or Event tertiary qualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in Weddings & Social Sales activitiesA proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders will be fundamental to your successFlexible to work Tuesday to Saturday roster and required to support the execution of the weddings which you plan.Neat Personal PresentationJoin our extraordinary world and experience a place where you can be yourself, share your ideas, support your personal growth and wellbeing, and be a valued member of an inspirational team.
