Your RoleYou will be responsible for developing and diversifying the business in line with financial and volume targets. You will place a strong focus on market penetration through sales leads and business development strategies to ensure the capture of new customers. Your focus will be on growing large complex accounts and developing the domestic and international supply chain portfolio.
Your ResponsibilitiesTo own, monitor and drive all sales activities (i.e., prepare quotations) for customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified, and nurtured through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable customer deals.To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.To report customer feedback to the broader team, supporting resolutions as required.To assist in onboarding new customers.To maintain and update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.To regularly review customer portfolios.To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality.Your Skills and ExperiencesWe look for potential, not only performance.
