About the RoleAre you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth and creating impactful partnerships? Join genU Training as our National Business Development Manager - Corporate Accounts and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of vocational education in Australia.
In this role, you'll be responsible for selling training solutions across our Commercial, Training U For Work, and Health and Wellbeing portfolios. Our offerings include digital and microcredentials, Mental Health First Aid, Conflict Management, and Clinical Training, designed to support the corporate, community care, aged and health sectors, and employment services.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Programs and supported by a national team with offices in Victoria, NSW, WA, QLD, and Tasmania, you'll identify new business opportunities, forge strong partnerships, and achieve revenue growth on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute quarterly plans to target new business opportunities, grow commercial partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.Leverage training products to create tailored solutions for corporate clients, securing new contracts and expanding existing partnerships.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across corporate, community care, aged care, health, and employment services sectors.Collaborate with genU Training's sales team and state colleagues to identify and secure national-scale opportunities.Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure a seamless client experience.About YouYou're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within training, education, or a related sector. You thrive in a dynamic environment, have exceptional communication skills, and are passionate about delivering impactful training solutions that empower organisations and their teams.
