The Role As an Administration Assistant you will be delivering accurate support to our customers and team. You will be a passionate and energetic team member. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build on your experience through a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
• Document preparation by creating and maintaining computer systems and spreadsheets in MS Excel and Word
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
• Collation of timesheets for wages
• Filing and maintenance of records both electronically and manual
• Coordinating work with the Administration Team
• Providing general Administration and Clerical support to Management and team as required
• Organise and Process inductions
• Ordering Stationery
• Answering phones
• Maintaining a clean work environment
You will be based at Muswellbrook and provided with job training. This role will require you to report to the Administration Manager.
You To be considered for this position you must have:
• Advanced computer skills and Accurate data entry in Excel and Word
• Proficiency in the application of basic accounting principles and practices
• Experience in Wages and Timesheet maintenance
• Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills and be able to interpret written and verbal instructions
• The ability to work without supervision and willing to take initiative
• Display strong attention to detail in interpreting instructions
• Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines and problem-solving capabilities
• Able to participate and contribute effectively within a team environment
• A can-do attitude with no job too big or too small
• Accurate cash handling
• Possess a current drivers' license and have your own reliable vehicle
• Live locally or willing to relocate in the Muswellbrook area
