Project Description Sybase DBA - Responsible for maintaining, tuning, and ensuring daily performance of Sybase independently, demonstrating seniority to handle all aspects without guidance.
Responsibilities Build out and maintain Sybase infrastructure across different Sybase versions. Perform fresh installs and refactor for performance tuning. Set up and maintain replication using log shipping. Support application management around Murex, with Sybase DBA as the primary role. Assist with Murex upgrade project by moving to AWS for disaster recovery. Skills Must Have: Sybase DBA expertise, capable of maintaining, tuning, and ensuring daily performance independently.
