Eastern Health Authority is a local government organisation that provides environmental health services to its Constituent Councils – the City of Burnside, Campbelltown City Council, the City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters, the Town of Walkerville and the City of Prospect Eastern Health Authority (EHA) is seeking appropriately qualified people to fill the following positions:
Permanent Immunisation Coordinator Registered Nurse - up to 0.8 FTEPermanent Immunisation Registered Nurse - up to 0.8 FTE Successful applicants will have an exciting opportunity to be part of our Immunisation team to deliver a range of immunisation services to customers via school, worksite and public clinic immunisation programs.
The successful applicants will have a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement and a desire to work in a dynamic environment. They will align with EHA's core organisational values, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and developed administration and computer skills.
These positions are offered on a permanent basis and the opportunity to work up to 0.8FTE per fortnight. Additional shifts maybe required during periods of heavy demand especially for the worksite immunisation program from April to June each year.
Applicants will:
Be a current Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.Have experience in the provisions of immunisation services and clinical procedures. Completed the Understanding Vaccines and the National Immunisation Program. Have a current certificate in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Possess and provide a DCSI – (child Related) prior to offer of employment. Completed or willingness to undertake Child Safe Training (Mandated Notification).Must possess a Current Class 1 South Australian Driver's Licence.
