Manager Corporate Services and Engagement - As a dynamic and growing organisation, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager Corporate Services and Engagement to join our senior leadership team.
Who is Mpower Mpower is a well-established, accredited not-for-profit community-based organisation serving South West Victoria. Since our founding in 1975, we have evolved from a small voluntary service into a dynamic agency employing over 95 staff and supporting more than 1,200 families across the region. With nearly a decade of experience delivering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Mpower has continually adapted to meet the needs of our community. Our diverse range of clinical and support services has grown in response to ongoing sector changes and opportunities, cementing our reputation as a leader in creating positive, lasting outcomes for individuals and families.
The role The Manager Corporate Services and Engagement is a key senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and aligning core organisational functions with Mpower's vision and strategic goals. This includes managing Quality and Risk, People and Culture, Communications and Marketing, and Client Engagement and Customer Service. You will ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, cultivate a high-performing workforce, enhance Mpower's brand presence, and deliver exceptional, client-centred services. Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of up to 5 staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the organisation's future and making a lasting impact in the community.
About you You are a dynamic and strategic leader with a tertiary qualification in Quality and Risk, Communications and Marketing, Human Resource Management, Law or a related discipline, and have at least five years of management experience. You bring a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. With a solid understanding of quality and compliance frameworks, you are adept at ensuring organisations meet and exceed statutory and regulatory requirements. Your experience in strategic communications, marketing, and stakeholder engagement complements your ability to lead change and adapt service provision to meet the evolving needs of the community. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills are central to your leadership style, and you are driven by a strong commitment to delivering innovative and client-centred services.
