Motor Mechanic

Boundary Street Automotive is seeking an experienced Technician / Mechanic to join our friendly team, located in Railway Estate Townsville Nth Qld. Boundary Street Automotive was a finalist in Nth Qld Small Employer of the Year 2021. We are proud of our accreditations being a Repco Authorised Workshop, an Approved Female Friendly Workshop.
Quality of work / life balance is important to us. The position is full time with a minimum of 38 hours a week, no weekend work, an additional 10 days in lieu on top of the usual days.
Annual Salary: $75,000 - 80,000 based on experience and qualifications for the successful applicant.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience
Certificate III in Automotive Tech / Mechanic
Ability to work independently, supported in a talented team environment
Strong work ethic
Exceptional time management
Ability to work under pressure
Deliver a high standard of service

Responsibilities:

Vehicle servicing & repairs
Diagnosing & identifying faults
A/C system repairs
Safety certificate inspections
Electrical fault finding & repairs
