Manage and process mortgage applications ensuring accuracy and complianceLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operationsMonitor and report on mortgage operations performanceIdentify areas of improvement in the mortgage process and implement changesEnsure all mortgage operations adhere to regulatory standardsProvide excellent customer service throughout the mortgage processRequirements:
Proven experience in mortgage operations or similar role within banking or financeStrong understanding of regulatory standards related to mortgagesExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify areas for improvementCommitment to providing excellent customer serviceAbility to work effectively in a teamAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
