Broker Associate:
We are looking for a skilled individual with existing industry experience. This person will be assisting our broker team progressing files from initial enquiry through to application.
Preferred Skills:
Mercury/AOL Experience Industry experience Enthusiastic about career progression within the Mortgage Broking industry High attention to detail while multitasking Organisation and time management skills are a must High level of communication Great team player Sense of humour What's on Offer:
If successful, you will have the benefit of learning directly from exceptionally experienced brokers. Given the advanced training available, this will see career progression within 1-2 years based on your starting point of knowledge.
Comprehensive training is provided with full team support to close any skill gaps for you.
Unlike a lot of workplaces and large financial institutions, your career progression is not reliant on another to vacate a role; you will have the ability to step up into a Mortgage Broker position as soon as you're ready.
All qualifications required are provided on the job; nothing is needed to start.
This is a full-time position Mon-Fri. This is an office-based role in Newcastle.
