We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in mortgage brokering with a progressive company. As a Mortgage Broker Assistant, you will manage and oversee all facets of the mortgage process from the initial client consultation to the final loan approval and settlement.

Responsibilities: Assist in assessing clients' financial situations to determine suitable loan options.Manage paperwork and documentation related to loan applications, ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations.Coordinate with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth process.Handle all communication with clients from initial contact through post-settlement.Maintain and update loan files in the database for ongoing management and follow-up.Provide clients with timely and accurate financial advice and guidance.Assist in the preparation and submission of loan applications to a variety of lenders.Stay updated with the latest regulations and products in the mortgage industry.RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.Prior experience in AU mortgage processing or brokering is required.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial assessment.Commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
