Implement and maintain tools and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
It will be crucial in promoting the adoption of Microsoft's modern device management solutions, including Autopilot and Defender for Endpoint.
Other focus will be to:
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant and related servicesProvide Tier 2/3 support for issues related to modern workplace toolsImplement and support Microsoft Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and management, ensuring efficient deployment and configuration of devicesManage security measures and implement Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to protect against cyber threatsImplement and manage security measures within the Microsoft 365 environment, including data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, and identity managementConduct training sessions and workshops for end users to promote adoption and utilization of Office 365 capabilitiesWork closely with IT, business teams and clients to innovate and continuously improve the digital workplace.About you You have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint and Power AppsExpertise in security frameworks and tools within the modern workplace ecosystemYou have strong interpersonal skills and are dedicated to delivering high-quality servicesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesRelevant Microsoft certification such as Microsoft MD-102 and/or MS-102 is highly desirable.What ESA offers At ESA we want everyone to succeed, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity, sexuality, physical ability or age.
