We are looking for a Mobile Specialist Cleaning Technician to carry out planned and reactive cleaning maintenance for a family owned company who provide the specialist cleaning services for a well known UK Hospitality brand. The role will see you attending multiple sites in a day and no two days will ever be the same for you so if you enjoy variety and working in a spontaneous way then this will be a great role for you!
Ideally you will be based in the North London area , specifically Enfield , Edgware on Watford and you will be part of a mobile team carrying out specialist cleaning services across the M25. The jobs will at times not be for the faint hearted but they are a fantastic company to work for that will offer you great benefits and career progression. One of the managers you will be reporting into started off as a Cleaning Technician and is now the National Contracts Manager , they have made 20 internal promotions and a few of them have been recently and only 12 months into the persons career.

Main Duties Carry out all aspects of reactive cleaning, including biohazard cleans and bodily fluids. Carry out carpet and upholstery cleaning to client sites in accordance with RAMS Carry out Shower Head sanitising and descaling in accordance with Legionella requirements and RAMS Correctly completecompletion certificates once each work order is complete Maintain required stock levels on company vehicle Maintain company vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times Maintain company equipment in a clean and safe manner. To take responsibility for all matters relating to Health and Safety on site and to facilitate completion of work orders on time and in a safe manner. To be able to work confidently alone whilst also providing competent support to other technicians when required.
