Recreation rooms, high quality food options including made to order, In-room entertainment with own-device casting ability and WiFi.In this role, you will;Liaise with Supervisors and Superintendents regarding training scheduling on a daily basisCommunicate training feedback to site personnelVerification of competence for high risk ticketsFollow and adhere to the Authority to Operate / Maintain and VOC processesReview procedures and processes that improve performance, job satisfaction and productivityUtilising and generating reports from our training database.Ensuring compliance with safety standards as it relates to mining (or other applicable work areas) are reflected in training objectives.Conduct or facilitate safety educational programs relevant to mining and other applicable work areas on-site.Identify training needs as it relates to mining and other applicable work areas on-site.Conduct, monitor and coordinate training assessments as required.Keep accurate records of training activities in prescribed manner.Attend own training and development programs as directed.
