We are here to do better by delivering pragmatic and innovative solutions.Resolve operates throughout Australia and internationally and have a number of roles in exciting, engaging projects for site-based Mining Engineers and Geotechnical Engineers.Our embedded and consulting teams cover the core mining disciplines, including mining engineers, geotechnical engineers, and geologists.As we grow, we look for people who continually strive to do better and enjoy tackling our industry's challenges and opportunities with a practical outlook.Due to ongoing growth, we currently have an opportunity for full-time, site-based roles in the following disciplines:Geotechnical Engineer (FIFO)Candidates can be based anywhere in Australia, and must have the ability to work on site, predominately on an 8:6 roster.Candidates should have the following experience and qualifications:Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalentMinimum 2 years' industry experienceDemonstrated exposure to a variety of technical disciplinesCompletion of practical mining experience is desirable (eligibility for relevant statutory tickets)Understanding of statutory requirements and industry best practiceExposure to mine-specific CAD software (Deswik - preferred)Able to liaise with multiple stakeholders to drive operational prioritiesHigh level proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated interest in identifying and solving complex problemsAbility to be flexible and manage with a changing environmentWe offer flexibility, career development, excellent training and development opportunities, and a variety of project-based work.
