Mine Accountant

Our client is an Australian gold producer with operations in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.?They are seeking an experienced?Mine Accountant?to join their on-site team.?? 
Reporting to the Commercial Manager the role will take on a variety of accounting functions. 
Key responsibilities include:? Conduct month end processFinancial reporting?including AFE and capital reportingManage cost performance against forecast/budget Balance sheet reconciliations.? Essential criteria:?  Appropriate tertiary qualifications in accountingStrong Excel skills with knowledge of data modellingExcellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills. What's on offer??  Ideally the roles will be residentially based in the Kalgoorlie region, however, FIFO will be considered for the right candidate.
