Eligible Applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme.
Your opportunity: To provide advanced clinical and professional practice and clinic expertise, facilitating a safe and efficient patient journey across the continuum of care for consumers with planned termination of pregnancy within Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) through applying the Navigator principles of coordinating patient centred care, creating partnerships, improving patient outcomes, and facilitating systems improvement.
This role will lead termination of pregnancy processes and practices for all WBHHS, as detailed below, and work in collaboration with other staff responsible for early pregnancy care provision.
Create partnerships, provide a central point of communication, engagement and coordination for all stakeholders involved in the consumers/person's care.

From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB).

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $147,790 p.a., comprising salary rates $66.86 - $72.59 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Permanent Part Time, 68.4 hours p.f.).
