Roles and Responsibilities Deliver conceptualised detailed design across Mechanical ServicesConduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standardsWrite detailed technical specifications and reportsRespond to Requests for Information (RFIs) in a timely and accurate mannerAttend and contribute to project meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringProven local experience of 5+ years as a consulting mechanical engineer within the building services industryExperience in HVAC design exhibiting great communication skills with an eye for detail and understanding of the commercial outcomes.Organised and efficient in handling workload with minimum supervisionProficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, CAMEL and RevitCreative problem-solving skills to continually find ways to overcome challenges.Able to work in an autonomous but supportive environmentAustralian permanent resident, based in or around Sydney Benefits Attractive Remuneration PackageWFH FlexibilityOption to work a 9 day fortnightProfit share programCareer Progression OpportunitiesProfessional body fees paid for up to one organisation and more if you are prepared to take ownership of your designsInclusive and accommodating work culture About Us Heaton Rail undertakes work both locally and internationally for some of the world's best companies that make a positive difference to millions of people's lives every day.
