About the Role: As a Contaminated Land Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and mitigating contaminated land issues across a variety of projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of environmentally sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage contaminated land assessments and remediation projects. Conduct site investigations, soil and groundwater sampling, and risk assessments. Develop and implement remediation action plans and environmental management plans. Liaise with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and clients. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Provide strategic advice on contaminated land management and remediation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in contaminated land management, preferably in the consultancy or construction industry. Strong knowledge of contaminated land assessment and remediation practices in Australia. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
