The Accountant position is a key role within that, helping support client delivery and allow the Director's to drive the growth agenda. Job Description
The Accountant position will predominantly service small businesses in the $10-20m t/o range. The core clients will include professional firms (lawyers, financial planners etc), medical practitioners and construction-related businesses. Core activities will include:
Accounts production and oversight of bookkeeping activities Tax compliance and returns across a range of applicable measures Accounting and tax advisory and guidance Wider accounting and financial support as required The Successful Applicant
The ideal Accountant should have:
CA qualification or equivalent with Australia experience highly preferred Proficiency in the use of accounting software Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax/regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to provide high-quality client service Commitment to continuous professional development What's on Offer
