Techforce Personnel is currently working with our long-standing client to assist in their search for a Personal Assistant based in Rockingham region.This role offers a great opportunity to engage with senior management team.As an experienced PA you'll be supporting our General Manager across our mining contracting business.You will need to provide extensive administration experience within:  Ideally would have previous experience using finance programmes such as Odoo, SAP, INX or MYOB Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with departments within the business and external companies  Mobilisation across mining and resources projects (INX)  As a Personal Assistant, the ideal candidate will have experience carrying out a management level of professional support to senior management team.You will also have great experience working within the mining and construction industry.Other attributes include:  Previous experience as a Personal Assistant working for senior management.A high level of communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.Strong skillset in Microsoft programmes  Organised with ability to take on advice from mentors.Works well under pressure with fantastic management skills.Working hours:  Monday-Friday 08:30-16:00  Competitive salary  For more information, please contact Elise ****** or call Elise on (08) 6363 7047
