Key Responsibilities:
As an HSEQ Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Providing HSEQ advice to the project team Contributing to the development of HSEQ projects and plans Ensuring the implementation of HSEQ processes to meet legislative, client, and Mastermyne requirements Facilitating proactive incident and risk management processes Providing exemplary assistance to injured worker/s Providing high-level advice on best practices to continually improve HSEQ performance Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management/Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred) Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certification (preferred) Minimum of two years' experience in a HSEQ Management/Coordinator role In-depth understanding of Qld Coal Mining HSEQ legislation Underground Coal Mining Industry experience (preferred) Strong understanding of HSEQ legislation and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Drive to continuously improve the Health and Safety of all people onsite Why Mastermyne?
