This is a full-time, office-based role located in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Work with a leading professional M&A advisory teamBe involved in interesting, complex and challenging projectsCo-manage M&A projects for businesses in the $3M-$500M value rangeCommercial salary with bonusesOverview of the Role As an M&A Advisor you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing M&A transaction advisory for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include processing and analysing client financials, assisting with preliminary pricing strategies, and managing due diligence processes and data rooms.
Additionally, you will work as co-advisor on selected client projects to review information memoranda, market the business, qualify prospective investors, liaise with legal and accounting advisors, negotiate transactions, and collaborate closely with our analysts throughout the process.
Roles and Responsibilities As an M&A Advisor your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:
Building trust and confidence within DMA's referral networkCollaborating with clients and external parties to ensure seamless transaction executionManaging transaction timelines and workflowConducting all interactions and activities with competence and professionalismWorking within and facilitating improvements to DMA's systems and proceduresBig 4 or equivalent M&A background is preferred, but not essentialA flair for negotiating and deal-makingDemonstrated track record of achievement in corporate management, corporate finance, accounting or business advisoryTeam-oriented and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levelsStrong organisational skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to think laterally and analyticallyStrong analytical skills to understand and analyse financial recordsAbility to meet deadlines and handle pressureHow To Apply If you're ready to take on this challenge and explore this outstanding opportunity, please email your resume and cover letter addressing your experience against the key requirements listed above to ******.
