Merchandiser & Product Planner - Strikeforce

Job Description:Our Relay teams are responsible for implementing new planograms within the grocery sector. Flexibility is required to meet allocated time frames. You will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously. Depending on the size of the planogram to be completed, you may work on your own or in teams. Planograms are completed during normal trading hours – no weekends or nights.What is a Planogram?A planogram is a diagram that shows how and where specific retail products should be placed on retail shelves in order to increase uniformity and customer purchases. Completing a planogram involves shelf adjustments, placing the products in the correct allocated space by following the provided POG for compliance, and obtaining sign off by store personnel.Main Duties & Responsibilities:Ability to read and follow planogram guidesImplementing new planogram layouts in storesAbility to identify and escalate any concerns in storeAdhere to the outlets' "Relay Standards and Ways of Working"Ticketing complianceEnsure safe work practices are adhered to at all timesAccurate and consistent reporting via AppRole Requirements:Current Driver's Licence and a reliable roadworthy vehiclePhysically fit – adjusting shelving, lifting and moving stock, standing for long periods of timeHigh attention to detail and strong time management skillsOwn smart devices required for reportingFlexible in your availability for coverage and additional work as requiredTake pride in and are passionate about your workA positive, can-do attitude!About Our Company:Strikeforce is a progressive Australian company representing a portfolio of market-leading brands ranged nationally in supermarkets, hardware, and mass merchants.
