About the Role: We have a fantastic opportunity within our Corporate Support Group, based in Parramatta, for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Demand Planning supervisor to manage the demand planning process and ensure that the team meets its goals and objectives
Reporting to the Parts Planning And Replenishment Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor our demand planning team, providing expert guidance to achieve objectives.Data-Driven Insights: Dive into historical sales data and trends, transforming them into precise demand forecasts.Collaboration Champion: Work closely with our branch network, understanding upcoming demand scopes and coordinating machine shutdowns for project-specific needs.Inventory Optimization: Keep a vigilant eye on inventory levels, making real-time adjustments to prevent stockouts or excess stock.Internal Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with our remanufacturing facilities, ensuring they align with demand requirements.Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and enhance demand planning processes and tools.National Demand Aggregation: Collect data from branch networks and systems, consolidating a cohesive national demand plan for seamless integration into D365.Ad Hoc Tasks: Tackle additional assignments as directed by management.About you; Analytical Acumen: Your knack for problem-solving and data analysis is second to none.Effective Communicator: Clear communication is your superpower.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in demand planning software and tools is essential.ERP Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably D365.Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated ability to lead and drive results.Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Detail-Oriented: Precision matters to you.Industry Insight: Experience working in a large industrial, construction, or mining company would be advantageous.At HCA, we offer:
