We are seeking anexperienced customer-centric focused Customer Success Manager to help serviceour growing premium customer base in Australia. Experience in enterprisesoftware applications and strategic account management with a proven trackrecord in customer success and growth is essential.

You will get to: Learn and articulate valuepropositionResearch customer accounts, identifying keystakeholders, and generating interestManage the complete customer success cycleAdopt and deploy ReadyTech's'Client Engagement Framework' to build customer references and generateincremental revenue through upsell opportunitiesUse ReadyTech's CRM effectively to maintain customer contacts, meetingnotes & actions, build pipeline and enter/maintain customer deals to provideregular pipeline/sales forecastsAttend and facilitateevents- conferences, seminars andother marketing events promoting ReadyTech's software to customersLeverage ReadyTechmarketing initiatives- e.g. promote customerinvolvement in ReadyTech conferences, sharing ReadyTech posts on social media,promoting product webinars to customers, ensure customer contact database is upto date to maximise effectiveness of customer focused EDM campaignsHigh quality proposals- ensure your customer quotes / proposals meet ourquality standards and details are cross checked and approved to ensure accuracyof representationAchieve customer success KPIs- e.g. low churn rate,solution adoption / value measures, customer satisfaction ratings, upselltargetMore about you: Proventrack record of customer success / account management and being able to upsellnew products and services – we want to you achieve, if not exceed your Customersuccess KPI's and associated On-Target-EarningsStrongcustomer service / customer success orientation and commitment to outstandingCustomer service with high integrityAmbitiousand motivated self-starter, driven and motivated by customer successProvenability to quickly learn new concepts, technology and approachesDemonstratableapplication of strategic and/or consultative customer service experience in anenterprise applications software environmentStrongphone presence and experience in customer communicationAbilityto develop strong working relationships and influence with key stakeholders anddecisions makers within customer organisationsStrongverbal and written communication skillsAbilityto author 'winning' and well-structured high-quality proposals based on a clearunderstanding of customer requirements and challengesEffectivenegotiation skills – establishing value and being able to negotiate win/winscenariosAbilityto run multiple customer success plans and campaigns concurrentlyEffective prioritisation skills and initiativeExperience facilitatingpresentations / demonstrations in selling the value of enterprise softwareapplicationsWhy you should become aReadyTecher: A day off for your birthday- hiphiphooray!Additional 4 days of leave each yearReadyTecherAwards each quarter with the chance to win flights and accommodation to Hamilton IslandHybrid work, with in-house baristas in Australia via the Ready Beans teamAccess to Sonder- a technology-driven platform supported by safety, medical and mental health experts - available 24/7Paid parental leaveAdditionalpaid leave for miscarriage,endometriosisand menopauseVolunteer leaveAnd plenty of ReadyTech merch drops along the way!ReadyTech is committed to seeing things through each other's eyes.
