Overview of Role:
The Mental Health Services Administration Support Officer has accountability for carrying out the following tasks for the MH funded programs and services across Richmond Futures:
Carrying out program referrals intake and exit management of documentation
Fleet management administration
Purchasing, billing and claiming support processing tasks
Records management
Social media accounts administration
Events coordination and administration
Assist the quality team with the audit of client files.
Skills & Experience Needed:
A relevant qualification in a field such as business, clinical setting, community setting, administration and/or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable administrative, clinical, community or business role.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High level skills in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Demonstrable financial literacy including the ability to collate and interpret financial reports.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
