The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Camberwell club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
MSC's are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey.
The role focuses on achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Contribute to club sales budget through promotions and referral campaigns.
Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach.
Achieve lead contact targets via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
Create great member journeys via positive interactions.
Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
Open and close the club as per the club roster.
Participate in member retention programs to inspire ongoing fitness journeys.
Conduct regular service calls to keep members engaged.
About you: Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Problem-solving skills and obstacle management.
Outstanding communication abilities.
Tenacity and drive to achieve targets.
Customer-focused with a desire for exceptional outcomes.
