What you'll be responsible for Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences.
Assist customers in onboarding, provide education on product features, and give personalized support for success.
Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems to improve negative customer experiences.
