Medical Receptionist

Davis Recruitment is a specialist agency for the placement of Permanent support staff to the Medical/Healthcare Sector. Our Plastic Surgery client, located at Greenslopes, is seeking an entry-level or experienced (1 year) Medical Receptionist to join their team 3-4 days per week.

ROLE AVAILABLE This role is part-time. Hours range from 8/8.30 am – 4/5 pm, with 1 Thursday per month until 6 pm. A later start on that day is available. There are generally 3 consulting days per week. Anticipated days are Tuesday to Thursday each week. Relief on Monday or Friday may be required for annual/sick leave.

Skills required: Genie or similar software experience ideal Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (Specialist practice or other) Excellent customer service skills Willingness to learn Specialist skills Attributes sought: Ability to work in a small team and autonomously Reliable, punctual and well presented Available to relieve other staff during periods of leave Excellent customer service skills Experience in skin or dermatology also desirable Remuneration: $30+/hr negotiable (dependent on experience). This is a permanent part-time rate (holiday and sick leave included).
