IPN's Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors. Supporting the successful running of the centre the role includes:
Managing confidential patient recordsGreeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointmentsDocument scanning and email managementPatient billing and payment collectionWorking as part of a team supporting the Practice ManagerSkills & experience Medical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential)Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes.Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environmentExceptional customer service, data entry and communication skillsProven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skillsExperience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential)Benefits Professional development supportCareer-progression opportunitiesFlexible working arrangementsExperienced teams and a safe environmentHow to apply
