Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.
Manage appointments, schedules, and patient inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing recalls, filing, data entry, and billing.
Updating patient referrals Ordering office supplies Maintain patient confidentiality  Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Typing medical reports Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical receptionist or medical administrative role preferred.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in genie or similar software Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
