Refrigeration/HVAC Mechanical Supervisor- Government Expand your experience government in building and constructionImmediate start dateContract roleThe Client A strong Government Department is looking for a qualified, competent and focused Mechanical Supervisor. They are looking for someone who has enough experience to come in and hit the ground running.
Your Opportunity: Monitoring and reviewing project standards to achieve compliance with industry best practice and agreed cost and time parametersReporting to senior supervisor on planning and delivery of ACRRP projectsCreating and carrying out start-up, safety and completion inspections for ACRRP projectsProvide technical advice to Contractors in terms of repair/replacement decisionsCarry out A/C inspections to generate the scope of work for replacement projectsReview Condition Reports provided by contractors recommending A/C replacement to validate that the recommendations are correctProvide reporting on the repair/replacement status of projects.Undertake on-site Condition assessment of existing split system ACs using an assessment templateAbout You Required Capabilities:
HVAC Mechanical Trade qualification (mandatory)Knowledge of split system AC installation, repairs, and maintenance (mandatory)Intermediate level of MS Excel skills including being able to create spreadsheets to monitor AC breakdown status, and use existing spreadsheets to enter and review dataExperience assessing the condition of split system Air Conditioning (desirable)Demonstrated ability to communicate well with customers and in-house staff both written and verbalTo Apply Applications in Word format should be forwarded to us by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
