Role Responsibilities Mechanical Repairs: Conducting repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment, including diagnosing faults, replacing worn or damaged parts, and testing equipment functionality.
Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity, including lubrication, inspections, and adjustments.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues, using diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint problems and implement solutions.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while performing mechanical work, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, repairs, and parts usage for reporting and compliance purposes.
Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members, including supervisors, engineers, and technicians, to coordinate work schedules, share information, and achieve departmental goals.
