We're excited to introduce an exciting new role at our MECCA Bourke St! As the Trading Manager (Skin), you'll lead a dynamic team and manage the skin category end-to-end. Your leadership will directly influence both team performance and customer experience, driving excellence in every aspect of our operation.
Day-to-day responsibilities: Lead by example, deliver and drive exceptional customer experiences while ensuring MECCA's customer service standards are upheld.Work hand in hand with Assistant Trading Manager and Services Manager to drive category, brand and service performance.Demonstrate a strong understanding of key performance indicators to drive commercial results, ensuring the team works towards these goals daily.Partner with stakeholders to implement trials and innovations, providing support through feedback, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.Collaborate with concession partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and drive trade.Operate with agility, achieving best-in-class outcomes in a dynamic environment.Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems using a decision-making matrix. What you'll bring to this role: Extensive experience (minimum 2-3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.Strong stakeholder management experience, internally and externally.Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships.Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others.
