The Referrals and Meetings Coordinator is a member of the administration team and has contact with internal and external customers.

The incumbent works closely with Pathologists, TPDO specialist laboratories and referring clinicians and the dedicated Meetings Coordinator.

Apply now by addressing the following questions: Demonstrated experience in a high volume, diagnostic Tissue Pathology Laboratory supporting meetings and referrals functions including the management and tracking of diagnostic material Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, organise and perform a wide range of administrative tasks relative to MDT & clinico-pathology meetings and referrals management, workflow and resources Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including strong written and verbal English and be capable of professionally liaising and working with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external) using different modes of communication.
Demonstrated strong customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional service to all clients (internal and external to the organisation).
Demonstrated commitment and understanding of quality in the context of ISO 15189 accreditation and requirements relevant to the role (retention of records and tracking).
Demonstrated computer competency including Microsoft Office applications with experience in Health Information Management Systems (ie.
Laboratory information Systems).
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and contribute to a team with strong time management and problem solving skills.
Ability to work flexible days and times as required for service provision.
