Duties and Responsibilities Drive sales and profit through management of operations, whilst developing and inspiring the growth of our people.
QSC and Sales Building: Lead a team to deliver outstanding QSC&V to McDonald's customers. Coach on critical restaurant systems, leveraging RDM as the primary organisational design methodology. Ensure operational standards that deliver consistently high levels of QSC are met.
Analyse each restaurant's sales drivers, creating long term objectives to optimise QSC and sales growth. Ensure that national promotions and new business initiatives are effectively executed by each restaurant in the organisation. Ensure that all legislative and McDonald's people compliance obligations are met. Responsible for restaurant level succession planning; ensuring diversity and equitable decision making. Deal with people issues. Ensure adequate staffing levels to maximise sales potential.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to ensure alignment and high performance. Business Results and PACE: Accountable for the business results. Managers to create and accomplish business and profit plan objectives. Workplace Safety: Ensure that all legislative and McDonald's Workplace Safety obligations are met in all restaurants in the Organisation. The ability to coach and develop your team. Proven staff management and leadership skills. A hands-on approach. Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication. A focus on policies and procedures. A passion for delivering high standards of customer service. A willingness to integrate into an existing management team and build solid professional relationships which engage and motivate to ensure continued high performance culture.
