Our client, an industry-leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Material Controller.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement and control of materials, ensuring that all materials are identified and recorded in the system, and maintaining inventory control.
Key Responsibilities: Manage materials movements and plan requirements to meet business demands Control and manage inventory, ensuring accurate identification and recording in the system Maintain standards, metrics, and scorecards to support the material management team Collaborate with stakeholders, including production, procurement, quality, and warehousing teams Required Skills: Experience using ERP (e.g.
SAP) systems Proven track record in inventory management, including analysis, forecasting, and master data management Excellent Excel skills Previous experience in manufacturing, and a similar role (desirable) Certificate IV in Supply Chain Management or similar (desirable) Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
The position is offered on a short-term casual contract (approx.
