Job DescriptionIdentify schedule conflicts, assist with prioritization, and help maximize the capabilities of the Delivery Teams across the Hub.Opportunity to coach and train Program and Project Managers to optimize their scheduling and planning efforts, fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration.Ensuring consistency in project planning, setup, and tracking across all projects, while managing the ramp-up and ramp-down of Project Controller roles.Supporting data quality and project performance (cost, schedule, and quality) for allocated projects, while tracking project portfolio schedules, commitments, team capacity, and demand.Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, with a clear path for escalation.Collaborating with Delivery Managers and Senior Suppliers on the Project Board to address key scheduling, delivery, and quality issues and risks.Handling a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the team. The Successful Applicant7+ years experience to take charge of a Portfolio and Program Master schedule, ensuring it is accurately maintained across all required systems. Overseeing portfolio, program, and project plans, schedules, and estimates for all assigned projects.Experienced with developing a master schedule from multiple projects and defining critical paths and burn down charts.Also, key would be good communication skills with the work extensively engaging with projects and stakeholders.
