Position Overview: MBAV is seeking experienced and passionate contract trainers to deliver specialised training for CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction. The successful candidate will deliver training focused on the key unit of competency:
CPCCBC4024 Resolve Business Disputes Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative training that aligns with the learning outcomes of the unit of competency. Utilise extensive industry experience to provide practical insights and real-world examples during training. Assess students' competency and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development. Collaborate closely with MBAV team members to ensure training materials and delivery methods meet industry standards and learner needs. Maintain accurate records of training, student attendance, and assessment outcomes. Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Significant experience in the building and construction industry, with a robust background in managing and resolving disputes. Demonstrated expertise in delivering training related to dispute resolution or similar areas within the industry. Hold relevant qualifications in building and construction (CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction or equivalent). TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Demonstrated proficiency in various IT applications, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness and capability to motivate and empower individuals to reach learning outcomes. Additional Information: This position is offered on a contract basis. Training may be conducted at MBAV's training facilities, on-site or via online platforms as required.
