Job Opportunity: Food & Beverage SupervisorMelbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands is recruiting for a Voyager in the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor.
This is a Full Time 18-month Graduate position to commence in January 2025.

Voyage is a full-time, paid development program.
As an associate and trainee, you will build upon the skills you developed in school by participating in real-world assignments.

You will participate in mini-rotations across the disciplines to learn firsthand how to manage various hotel functions and to connect with current and former Voyage participants through our social collaboration tools.
Voyage is an 18-month full-time program.
You will immediately be immersed in our rich culture and portfolio of global brands to learn how Marriott sets the standard of industry excellence.

You will also have an opportunity to provide feedback on your curriculum and have an impact on future Voyage hires' experiences.
After graduation, you will be well-prepared to pursue your passion and take on new challenges.
Many program graduates are ready to step into a Marriott supervisory or entry-level management role right away, because the program has provided a solid foundation for future leadership.
Position Summary for Food & Beverage SupervisorYour responsibilities will include:
Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectationsFuel guest's curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experienceUnderstand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experienceAssist with the bar operational tasks if requiredBe a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor, empowering and supporting your teamEnsure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all timesSupervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasksBuild and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookingsPlan and execute team-building activities so associates feel valued for their contributionsReady to Embark?To be eligible to apply, you are required to:
