Marketplace Marketplace is fundamentally responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
We are looking for a Marketplace Associate Manager, to join our NAB team in Melbourne.

Responsibilities Adhere to and promote Mindshare values.Live and breathe the Mindshare values every day while possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.Commit to creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture with the ability to contribute POVs and follow leadership directives.Work collaboratively with the client team across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process ensuring timely delivery.Communicate confidently and effectively on all matters with clear articulation, holding excellent written and spoken capabilities when communicating internally and externally.Conduct personal brand within the Mindshare Professional Etiquette guidelines.Deliver a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.Build effective knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market-leading campaign implementation.Demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and application of the Mindshare Process and the roles and responsibilities at each stage.Obtain necessary certifications for required platforms.Provide accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.Demonstrate a strong understanding of your client and their category while responding to all requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations.Develop trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of the product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape.Develop strong internal partnership relations and build knowledge of product offerings.Ensure financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-formas, MBAs, bookings, and loadings with an aim for zero account queries.Follow GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence.Ensure timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.Experience You will have some Marketing or Agency career experience applying core marketing competencies, utilizing your formal education in a practical setting. This will be underpinned by 1-5 years experience in Media Agencies or the broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques, and processes.
