Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist for the Amazon Global Selling business. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building awareness on Amazon Global Selling in South Korea and support S. Korean prospect Sellers to start their Amazon Global Selling journeys. This person will be chartered with various marketing channels, which can enable scalable approaches to prospect Seller communities in S. Korea. The primary goal of this role is to manage and expand the team's online/digital marketing channels as well as PR, in order to aggressively market the opportunities with Amazon Global Selling to all types and sizes of prospect Sellers in S. Korea. Specifically, this individual is responsible for creating content and managing communications via website, social media, emails and other owned/paid media channels.

Background on Amazon Global Selling: Amazon Global Selling is one of Amazon's business unit that helps businesses from anywhere in the world to launch a global business, reaching Amazon customers around the world and building international brands. Amazon has established a physical presence in 18 countries. The 3rd party businesses selling on Amazon are from 130+ different countries. Through Amazon Global Selling, sellers of different types and sizes can directly reach Amazon's 300+ million active customer accounts, including 100 million+ Prime customers in overseas Amazon marketplaces; and millions of institutional buyers in USA, Europe, Japan, Australia, Singapore and India.

Core Responsibilities: Lead planning, production and execution of a wide variety of online and social media marketing activities to build awareness of Amazon Global Selling. Drive online traffic into Amazon Global Selling Korea marketing site via various traffic sources including paid advertising. Define goals and measurement with granularity to conduct data-driven evaluation on the effectiveness of each marketing activity. Execute effective events to drive awareness, thought leadership and lead generation by collaborating with business teams. Develop content for awareness building / Seller education and deliver in a scalable way. Seek new external channels and collaborators to increase Amazon Global Selling's awareness, represent Amazon and pitch the value proposition of Amazon Global Selling to secure collaboration. A Day in the Life: Building digital marketing assets (aligned with Amazon Brand guidelines) and PR articles. Working with worldwide marketing/PR managers, content creators, designers, program managers, and business leadership to learn of and implement new or improved communication and education initiatives for KR. Developing a method of tracking project outcomes, performance against a defined set of metrics, timelines, next best action and owners. Contributing insights to weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews. Analyzing, reporting on, and making connections between traditional marketing and broader business metrics. Tracking best practices, monitoring industry trends, and making business recommendations based on insights. Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Experience in a marketing role. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges. Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
